About the firm

A firm built for buildings with a congregation in them

We are a scaffold crew and an office that answers the phone. We take on churches, halls, schools and institutions because their buildings need more planning than a house, and their people deserve to know the plan.

The same people who walk your building write the proposal, build the scaffold and close the job.

  • Our own crew builds and takes down the scaffold

  • One project manager from the packet to the closing walk-through

  • Photo reports as each zone closes

The crew

Who you will meet

Twelve people in the firm; these five are the ones your board will meet.

  • Thurman Lovett

    Owner and estimator

Walks every building first and writes every proposal himself.

  • Arnetta Griggs

    Project manager and board contact

Builds the schedule by zone and sends the packet before a vote.

  • Jamison Bonner

    Scaffold foreman

Builds, ties in and checks the scaffold, and calls the stop when the wind rises.

  • Jamila Boyce

    Lead painter, plaster and ceilings

Repairs plaster and runs the interior crew in sanctuaries and halls.

  • Willard Ivey

    Site supervisor, pre-1978 buildings

Sets up containment and the cleanup check on buildings that need them.
